I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years and have extensive professional and management experience in an international environment.

I have held various positions in research and development and gained executive management experience in an international company as Senior Vice President and Head of Research, Development and Medical Affairs.

In addition, I have practical experience in finance and worked as Head of Finance / CFO of a global business and as Investor Relations Officer.

After studying veterinary medicine, I worked as a scientist at the Centre for Molecular Biology at the University of Heidelberg. Since my habilitation at the Medical Faculty of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn (2005), I have been teaching in the fields of medical microbiology/immunology, since 2015 as an adjunct professor.

My work focuses on the development, design and implementation of corporate strategies, the conceptual design and support of change processes as well as the design, development and implementation of programmes to increase efficiency. I also advise on investor relations and support companies in developing their equity stories.
